Meet Sophie!Get To Know the Counselor
Sophie’s thoughts on Counseling:
“At the core of my work is the belief that people are not broken–they are often responding in understandable ways to the conditions they’ve been living in. Therapy can be a place to make sense of those patterns, reconnect with yourself, and feel truly seen.”
Outside of the Therapy Office:
“Outside of the therapy office, I love spending time outside—whether that is hiking, gardening, or doing anything active. I am always learning new things and love to read and write. I also enjoy cooking and spending time with family.”
Sophie is a Counselor-Trainee in Ohio.
Sophie is under the direct supervision of Dr. Kristin Dolph LPCC-S
